My family stayed here for a long weekend in Paris - we booked a single room for my adult son and a deluxe room for myself, my husband, and our tween daughter. We had a wonderful stay here - the staff were lovely and helpful, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was terrific for sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for the price and the location which is close to good shopping, sights and restaurants. Nice and “designed” hotel interior and room. Room size and bathroom was amazing and big compared to Paris standards. The spa was also very nice despite only a sauna and pool. Just note the spa was over crowded around 17. Service was good but check in and out took long time. Overall we really loved the stay and would also come back.

The first receptionist at check in, was very helpful. The first impression that we got was the very grotesque looking of the hallway. The room decoration was terrible. Worst of all was att check out was when l got charged for the full amount of the hotel when I paid it with my HOTELS.COM REWARDS POINTS. I told the receptionist (Oscar was his name) that I needed to get my refund but he was not able to do it because he needed the supervisor’s authorisation. I was told that I would get my refund the next day. I am still waiting

Great room and service in all areas of the hotel ! Would of like extra coffee pods as two per day isn’t a lot per day ! Loved the spa and all the staff were very helpful

The hotel was clean and comfortable in a good location, but the customer service wasn’t the best. After all it’s Europe, with not much customer service at all. Had an issue with my bathroom and was never addressed.
