View was magnificent. Always sparkling clean and well stocked . Downside - upstairs guests were very noisy and could hear tv and conversation and chairs moving.

Everything was perfect! If you have the chance to stay here, you will not regret it!

Property has magnificent views off the water and is very well maintained. Most rooms have a direct, breathtaking view of Nubble light house, our rooms view of the lighthouse was blocked by a tree. Would absolutely return and ensure that I am in a room with a view of the lighthouse.

We stayed in the three bedroom family suite. We had more than enough room and the full kitchen was perfect for traveling with children. But the breathtaking views of the Nubble are what make this hotel a true gem. The room was very clean which is always appreciated but even more so in today’s world. We can’t wait to come back!

The view of the lighthouse was wonderful , the facilities and the landscaping were inspiring. Looking forward the returning.

The location was spectacular. The view of the lighthouse is perfect. It’s within walking distance to activities and restaurants. The staff was responsive and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend. Definitely would stay here again.

Suite 105 has the worst sofa bed ever! This suite should be advertised as a 2 person suite only. Not only was the sofa bed horribly uncomfortable (metal bar across your back so bad that my teenage son slept in the tub) but the egress lights for the outside deck shines into the room all night long. The pictures portray it nicer than it truly is. the view is great but there is no beach access though the website says within 5 minutes. that may be true when the shuttle is running but the shuttle was not running due to COVID.

Great View, great room, great patio. Well worth the money. Ice cream store right across the street. We set up a little grill on the patio and made some burgers and enjoyed the view.
