The price, location and staff were excellent. The hotel could use a little TLC, so don't expect much. But for a week long surf trip it suited me perfectly.

This hotel was perfect for our stay.. there was enough space for 6 of us. Not a luxury hotel, but served it's purpose. The pool needed some maintenance as the water was green in some places. We were greeted warmly and had no problems with our reservation. The Beach is within walking distance, but you have to go around the fancy hotels across the street. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Everything about this hotel and its setting are very comfortable for the aware traveler in Mexico. The hotel owner and staff are very friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to travel with. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the pool is very good and clean, the grounds are beautiful and attract birds, and the neighboring stores and restaurant are very convenient and good. The location is very pleasant and convenient to all the bays and beaches of Huatulco, and to Santa Cruz and La Crucecita. So this hotel is a real find for the traveler who does not want an all-inclusive resort.

Tuvimos problemas con la reservación y nos cambiaron dos veces de habitación. La atención de los trabajadores es buena y amable. Sin embargo no fue lo que esperabamos.

De lo peor!! Quiero que me regresen mi dinero. No me hospede en ese hotel, es el peor hotel que pueden ofrecer .He enviado correos y no he recibido respuesta!!!
