This once great place is now a clear tragedy of Covid and not so great property management. Do not book a villa, whilst they are clean the area they are in is dilapidated and we did not feel safe. Management were accomodating and moved us to the main “resort” building and got a rollaway bed for us. The pool wasn’t operational as it hasn’t been maintained and the beautiful area you see on the Expedia photos is no operational. The umbrellas are mouldy and the bbqs have gone rusty. The air conditioning has been disconnected in the rooms and the mattresses need replacing. It is a real shame as this once was a popular place to stay.

Stove dont work,no pots or pan to cook.most of the switch is not working,the carpet is dirty,blind is missing one blind has to wind it manually cup boards are all yuck,utensild some cups are broken,no channel on the tv,no wifi,reception,management is crap they dont come when,u make a complaint,sink was left with dirty water,over all i would not recommand this place to any one.its so old,what you see in the photos are way older than when you get to the villa.

This place reminded us of a Mexican drug lord hideout. Terrible service, rusted cutlery in room, extremely rundown. Worst place I’ve ever stayed

When I arrived the property had ice addicts walking around. It was very clear that the property was not safe to stay at. The beds had no bed curtains on them. There was mould on them and they smelt disgusting. After about 20minutes I decided not not to stay there and booked another hotel. I am not a picky person when it comes to accomodation but this place should be closed down as it was not in any shape for people to stay, it’s especially not safe for a family stay
