The hotel lobby was beautiful and breakfast was great. The pool water was warm and our 4-year old loved swimming. Front desk staff was very polite and accommodating. Wish the room layout would have been better with placement of TV, and we missed not having shampoo and conditioner in the room, but overall we had a very nice one-night stay. Close to many great restaurants!

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were a little late to check in because we had spent the day in Hershey Park and learned that they had overbooked the hotel and no longer had the suite with the double queen beds that we had booked. To compensate they gave us two separate suites with a king sized bed in each. Our daughters were thrilled to have a room of their own. Breakfast is always good and the pool is clean. We really enjoy staying at this hotel. There are many restaurants and stores in the area and Hershey isn’t too far away.

We were really happy with the convenience of the location as well as the room and grounds. We hope to come back again and use the grill facilities.

They put us on the first floor, the bbq Grill area was outside our window. There was a soccer team or some sort of kids group. Very loud. The kids were out there playing into the late evening. They should had placed them on the first floor. Plus the breakfast, pool table area was beside our room. The next am was loud too. I complain to check out lady and she just said that she left the day before with a headache because of this group!
