Great staff
The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The location is not the best in regards to the main sights and they did not have a coffee maker in the room. I have stayed at a lot of hotels from 2 star hotels to the ritz Carlton in Japan and this is the first hotel I have ever stayed in that did not have a coffee maker in it.
