So so
When I tried to check in they said we could not have adjoining rooms even though we had requested them. When I asked why did I reserve adjoining rooms if it wasn’t possible. He told me that they were 93% booked so they didn’t have any. When I asked for a partial refund, he was then able to find adjoins rooms. Most of the staff was rude. The one shining staff member happened to be the one that helped us to our room from our car. He was so nice and let us know what we could do, where we could go, and showed us the lights around our room. The staff member at the front desk the next day was very dismissive when my key wouldn’t work. We wanted to like this place since it was so close to Graceland. We typically choose our hotel based on staff and friendliness. This hotel fell way short.
Room was not cleaned the best, still had garbage under the bathroom vanity, a quarter roll of TP with no extra, makeup on the bathroom counter, and some sort of spill on the chair.
