This hotel is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Location is very good for access to other parts of the city but not the best place for shopping if that is important to you. Staff were excellent and helpful. Only negative I can think of was that the check out took longer than expected as the staff took a while to do a final room check.

全体的に清潔で良かった。客室・バスルームの広さは十分だが、バスタブがあれば良かった。客室で仕事をするには照明が暗いので、スタンドはもっと明るいものにして欲しい。エアコンの音がうるさい。備え付けドライヤーが直ぐに故障してしまうので、もっと品質を上げるべき。1階ロビーに蚊が多かったので対策が必要。

Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The hotel even knew without me telling them that water in shower did not drain properly and caused water to stay in the bathroom (and came to me directly to apologize during breakfast). Secure building.

Excellent, but only quibble I have and this is with Bangladesh in General, put the total price for food and beverages that includes service charge and VAT on the menus especially in the coffee lounge at reception
