There was no reception to contact which the Fishing Lodge advertises on Expedia. We left calls and emails as did Expedia to no avail. We did not have wifi which is also what it advertised as included amenities. We did not have a sea view either! The hotel Ancora were a little helpful but they have nothing to do woth the Fishing Lodge. They should not be allowed to advertise on Expedia as their advertising falsley and also can not be contacted. Extremely unhappy and disappointed as this is the first time I have booked accommodation with Expedia! I will not be doing so again!

When I got to the room I was very disappointed to see that there were many things broken and the smell was very unpleasant. The furniture is all dirty, the sofabed is broken and the tv is not working properly. The a/c went off before noon. The Place is not up to par with Cap Cana and the experience we have had in the past.

We were surprised that there was no one responsible for the apartment, we didn't have anyone to call because we should have been in contact with the owner but we reserved through expedia, how could we have known who is the owner?? my husband was even asking for a reimbursement! we only stayed one night and paid for 2.
