THE ONLY THING I DID NIT LIKE IS THE LOCATION. IT LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE IN AN INDUSTRIAL PARK BUT THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE NO MATTER WHERE IT IS LOCATED.

No hay cafetera en la habitacion y lavabo no tiene buen desagüe, se estanca mucho el agua.

Well located to the airport and modern day shopping, but a lack of maintenance and common area cleaning is noted. The room was very basic and clean; however, the walls and floors in the room corridor hallways and the elevator cab are soiled with stains and scuffed. I was only at the hotel for 9 hours and during this time the balcony door did not lock (I was on the 2nd floor so this was important), the balcony door on the room I moved to did not open, the toilet was running and the fan on the A/C unit squeaked. All a sign of a lack of property maintenance.

Had a great stay one night while in Veracruz. My only complaint is really not the fault of the hotel: we couldn't get the SEC Championship game on TV and a party below us had the bass in the music turned up so loud we heard it on the 4th floor. The room however was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Service was outstanding.

Excellent hotel highly recommended... perfect stay

I booked hotel from hotel.com however when I arrived here, there system was not showing my reservation. Internet is weak in rooms. One complimentary bottle of water in first day only. No money exchange facility. No wake up call facility. Restaurant food is average. They claimed to have free airport drop but actually they don't provide. No discounts for gold members in food as mentioned on hotel.com website. Overall, poor experience.

Over all I will say great, small inconveniences but all pretty much good. Breakfast was great, ice request was a little delayed, no iron, no fridge, no coffee maker in the room we’ve stayed but it’s a nice hotel for the price. Definitely will stay again.
