Front desk person was perfect

Comfortable clean modern room with easy safe check in. Slept well and had a good walk in shower.

Great except I was charged twice for the room and can’t seem to get the manager to call me back to give me a refund.

Such a nice hotel for the price- It is clean, the beds are comfortable and the room was well laid out. It is difficult to rate the service as our stay was during CoVid. The man with whom I spoke on the phone was awesome. He accommodated our needs and was attentive and well-spoken. The young girls that work at the desk need some training in customer service. They were not there when we arrived and they never made eye contact when we came and went. Overall though, this is absolutely the nicest hotel of its class in Lubbock.

We enjoyed our stay, it was clean, bed was comfortable and the parking lot was well lighten. Next trip to Lubbock, we want to stay here.

It was a quick overnight stay for me & my husband, but it was easy check in, clean and comfortable.

They did not have any rooms available, the hotel was fully booked, but failed to change the hotels.com status to stop allowing reservations from coming in. I paid and was charged on my credit card arrived at 9:30pm to check-in and was turned away, but still charged. Terrible hotel, will take your money, but not give you a room.

We would stay here again. There was some noise you could hear from the highway, but we had our sound machine on, so it was fine. They put us in a room at the end of the hall, which was so nice with a toddler that has a very loud scream.

Of course right now due to covid everything is a bit unique. I was expecting to get a complimentary breakfast but not at this Hotel you have to pay for everything at the bistro for breakfast. I got my son cereal in a cup for about $2.50 and you would think the milk would be complimentary, yeah NO the milk was almost $3 then i get me a breakfast sandwich that tasted horrible for $9 it was not worth it! Then my experience in the room was upsetting because the king size bed was so uncomfortable i mean it was too stiff. I did like the pool area however going outside right before getting to the pool was a big stinky trash can..Hotel just a little advice please move that big stinky trash can away from the entry/exit area.over all i wouldn't recommend this hotel
