I stayed in two different rooms while I was at the property. Both nights the lock on the door didn’t work, so if I left I was constantly going to the front desk to ask them to lock my door for me. This was disappointing to me and I let them know.
The first night the tv in my room didn’t work, which was fine, but added to some of the frustration that things were generally broken. The second night the water in the shower wasn’t ever hot, so I was taking cold showers. Again, fine, but surprising given the room on the second night was part of a newer wing that was 3x as much as the first night. I again let them know and they did nothing.
The included breakfast was a little hilarious, and they rarely brought what you needed, and you’d have to ask multiple times for the things that were included. Generally, I ended up walking away after waiting for it for too long in the hot sun.
