The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is near numerous dining, shopping, sightseeing, and transportation options. Unfortunately, the accommodations need improvement. The beds were uncomfortable, and the shower in our bathroom was very small and slow to drain. (Plenty of hot water, though.) The area can be quite noisy.

Great location in bairro alto which is great for going out at night. Wasn't noisy in hotel. The breakfast was of a good standard. Had aircon in room. Lost power to the block a couple of times, obviously not their fault.

Overall it was a very easy and pleasant stay. I was staying by myself and wanted a good location that was clean and safe. Pensao residencial camoes did just that! The hotel isn’t super high end, you have to lug you stair case up stairs, it can be noisy hearing commotion from barrio alto or from other guests, but overall for the price, I’d definitely stay again. I had a private bathroom and am not quite sure what public / shared bathroom was like. Additionally, the breakfast wasn’t super elaborate by any means but provided the basic necessities.

Left a long review , but it was not published. So, in short, THANK YOU, ELSA, FOR AN EXCELLENT CLEANING JOB. Thank Roger and his colleagues for their help with lugguge. DO NOT thank Roger for lying for not doing the promised repsirs, for cjarging the city tax twice, and for not giving me any credit for stayinh two extra nights, and for doubling the price. Now psy less than you asked at a 3 stsr hotel with private bsthroom and FANTASTIC breakfast.

The place was cleaning and very good location! Located in Bairro Alto one of the more nice places in Lisbon

It is nice location & staffs are very nice and friendly.

Super staff, nice room but very noisy (restaurants and bars at the corner of the street), great location though. Breakfast was good, all you can eat little buffet with ham, cheese, yogurts, cereals, coffee, tea, juice, milk. 2 little bread buns each. If you can have a room that doesn’t face the street you’ll be great!

Great location. Room at back quiet. Streets around can be very busy
