    I didn't know that the bathrooms where outside on the corridor when I booked the room last minute but they were actually ok. We still had a washbasin and fridge in the room which was good to have. That actually made up for it. Overall, it was all clean and a good price for the 3 of us. I would book it again. Thank you

    Room was ridiculously hot, fan barely did anything. Loud music till 2pm - yes it's a hotel but you don't expect not to be able to sleep. Couldn't get the TV or WiFi to work. Very small room but at least it was clean. We were lucky to get the last carpark available as it was shared with the Hotel patrons. Multiple time over a couple of days there was only 1 or 2 parks available.

    You didn’t give me the details of my booking. When I contacted you , you said I didn’t have a booking with you although you had taken my money. The hotel is in lockdown so of course when I rang them, no one was there to answer. So I have referred all this to PayPal. I need my money back or a voucher for use when this lockdown is over. I am very cranky the only response I got when I contacted you was there was no booking. There was no way I could contact you except questions that didn’t apply to my problem. Very sad Jillie Barrie.

    Firstly there was no parking available. Second, the check-in itself was tedious. There are 2-3 pubs in the building and it’s not very clear, where to go for accommodation check in. Finally when found, it’s in one of the corners of a very loud pub, really annoying. Room was not very appealing. I could not sleep at all. Tons of noise coming from the pubs. The ceiling fan kept making a headache causing ‘tuk tuk’ noise as if someone typing super loudly on their iPhone. Even the window blind, made a continuous disturbing noise due to the wind. The Bayview hotel/motel looked great for pubs.. but not recommended for stay.
