交通方便,酒店就在鐵路上面,連接地下街,去行街或搭車都好方便,房間很大,不過要乘電梯到15樓才到大堂check in,每次落街要乘兩次電梯才到

室內空間寬敞，十分舒適，180度景觀全無遮擋。各方面都十分滿意，唯獨厠所每天都(特別是花灑淋浴間)充斥陣陣尿臭味，美中不足。 自助早餐收費與食物款式質素不太成正比，但基本上滿意的。

Comfortable room with good location

位於JR車站的上方, 無論去哪兒都十分方便, 距離名鐵車站更只是兩三分路程, 無論是去outlet 或上高山白川鄉, 也十分便利。房間整體舒適整潔。

Convenient location, clean rooms, and very good breakfast

位置方便，位於JR站及名铁站上層。到機場及外遊都很方便。员工服務主動，幫忙提行李到房间。早餐美味選擇多，餐厅位置宽濶。唯房内插头插座分佈零散，充电時需要花时间找。

Nagoya city view is amazing!

Location is perfect but staff there is not well trained. I was stayed there for 4 nights with the drink and snack vouchers which had been offered by hotel. For the first 2 times when I used the vouchers, there is NO problem. However, for the last night before I leave the hotel, when I presented the voucher to the staff in the Bar, she seems didn’t see it before. Even we explained a few times, she was not able to understand what we said. And I asked her did she see this voucher before? She didn’t answer me and my hubby had to show her the snacks n drinks pic which we took it before in order to show her what we can get from this voucher. The most ridiculous part was the staff had to take our IPhone to confirm with the kitchen. She kept our phone and walked betweenthe bar and kitchen for almost 10 mins. To be honest, it made me so frustrated as we came around 2105 but until 2135 she still didn’t know how to help. She can’t communicate very well in English this is acceptable but she didn’t find someone who can help to solve the problem is a BIG issue. Marriott is a 5 stars hotel which I definitely will have a higher expectation, however, this is the second time made me disappointed.

Hotel guests have to pay for using gym and swimming pool !
