Pictures were deceiving the room was not what the pictures showed

Front desk staff was great, although, I didn’t like that I couldn’t have a friend over for dinner along with having called down to the front desk a few times and no one would answer so i had to walk down. Not a pain, just an inconvenience. Also, there was no water provided in the room, it cost $4 per bottle. Most nicer hotels always provide at least one to two bottles. It was quite uncomfortable how the tv was off to the side instead of a normal place having the tv at the foot of the bed. The balcony looked into others rooms and there was no privacy as it was like you were in a fire escape with all the bars exposed, so I could see down multiple rooms. The shower was nice, but no real privacy if using the restroom. Cool design in the restroom area but bedroom area was just all white, seemed to not go with the rest of the vibe.

Room was nice perfect for a couple especially with the peekaboo shower. When we got Uber eats delivered they had a robot deliver it to the room instead of us going down to pick it up. Valet is kind of pricey $60 . Usually when I book a room it’s usually all paid for but when I checked out there was still that $14 tax on the room. I know it may be little just caught me off guard. Overall it was a nice getaway room.

The toilet paper holder was not screwed in properly. It fell on my toe and caused bleeding. No dining options at all

This is a beautiful hotel and would be nice for a couple visiting Hollywood. The room was clean and modern with great lifting details. For my daughter and I, the open glass bathroom arrangements were not ideal. We made it work and because we were in town for an appt at CHLA, the hotel was convenient. We arrived late and left early so we’re unable to see the pool etc featured in the photos. The $60 for valet caught me by surprise. The staff was kind and courteous all the way around. I can recommend this hotel, but make alternate parking arrangements and it would best for a solo or couples stay.

It’s was in walking distance to Hollywood Blvd and the customer service was great

The hotel is located near the Walk of Fame and other good restaurants. At night, the area is shady and with a lot of panhandlers. Security keeps most non-hotel guests outside but you are on your own the moment you step out outside on the sidewalk. I was charged an extra $30 for an unexplained, bogus reason. The hotel is eager to charge extras without asking. “Complimentary” is also charged.

The king room with balcony was not what I was expecting. The room was very small and the balcony overlooked the hotels roof. Anytime we opened the doors it smelt of cigarette smoke. Not only was the balcony horrible but the walls separating the neighbors balcony was not private at all. Not impressed.

I rented a balcony room and it was nothing like I was hoping it would be. When opening the balcony door I was greeted with the view and loud sounds of the hotel’s air conditioners. Staff at the front door made me feel as if they didn’t believe I was actually staying there until I fully proved I was a guest.... as if they had a reason to doubt my reservation with the hotel before even checking. They did not smile, and did not come off as welcoming. I most likely would not stay here again. Overall my stay was mediocre.

Wonderful hotel - felt very safe during my visit during COVID-19. Hotel staff were very attentive, polite and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!
