Absolutely awful. Started by waiting at a locked door for someone to check us in for 15 minutes after a 5 hr drive. Got to the room and it was filthy, black hairs in the shower (none of us have black hair), dirty cups with coffee stuck in the bottom, lipstick on glasses, stained hand towels, dirty floors, and an overall funky smell. After complaining they relunctantly switched our rooms in the morning on THANKSGIVIING, and then the 2nd room had no ac, tried fixing for 3 hrs just to move us again. This time to a room that did NOT have the accomadations that I paid for. Absolutely rude staff that honestly does not give a crap if they do their jobs. Acted confused as to why I was upset and insinuated it was my fault for not wanting to stay in a room with no AC in SOUTH FLORIDA. The only friendly people on site are the housekeepers. Parking was a nightmare to deal with, almost had my car towed even though I had a parking pass. Came out to a giant bright green sticker stuck to my brand new car's window. This place was an absolute nightmare. I would advise to find another place. There are literally 100 diff places to stay. We paid 1000.00 for 4 days in a dirty 1 star hotel. Drunk ladies screaming and letting their kids run wild. The parking garage is across the street where every night around 11pm people start drifing through the garage with steroes blaring and loud people. Not quiet or relaxing atmosphere. The website is very misleading. Very upset they ruined our Thanksgiving.
