The room is too dirty that you can see many ants on the floor. Breakfast is ok and just a few mins to the airport. Pick up service is good even at the midnight time.

Nearby airport. Reception giving very helpful information and support. Carpark provided.

Simple, clean, no-frills room that was all that I was needing. Yes, you can hear aircraft but you are across the street from the airport and to expect different is not the hotel's issue as Ive seen in other comments. It would be nice if you could close the bathroom window to help reduce humidity in the room but aside from that, no issues.

Only issue I had as being able to contact them. No email no whats app no answer sms had to ring from overseas.

Unreasonable and rude staff (front desk, guy named "coke"). Started yelling at us for bringing in third person even though they were not sleeping over. I stay at over 12 different hotels each year and never have had this made an issue. On top of that he refused to call manager and said he can make whatever decision he likes. We were not allowed to enter and had to coordinate with hotels.com to try and get refund as the trip was prepaid.
