Staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Unbelievable, not enough toilet paper was provided.

This hotel refused to consider refunding my booking when I told hotels.com I had flu symptoms and did not want to travel. The hotel took two days to respond negatively- I could not possibly recommend this place in light of their unreasonable behaviour in the face of the corona virus threat.

We had a "Superior Room, Lagoon View" which was spacious and provided an excellent view of the beach just across the road. Bus (Tanéo) stops (for the city and for Anse Vata) are located conveniently close to the hotel.

Service was great, very cheerful, friendly and helpful!

The room was clean and as advertised however the advertised pool did not exist which is not a problem if you swim in the sea but not everyone is able to do so. As with all bookings it would be nice if the information was accurate. The location is great, the WiFi is good

Location directly across from Baie de Citrons is great. We found it quiet, the room spacious enough and the staff extremely helpful and friendly.

It was well located with good access to restaurant and cafe nearby.

Great location and views from our room were fab. But the shower drain was blocked and not fixed despite several requests. Balcony door was sticky and flickering light also not fixed. A shame abt the maintenance because otherwise it was amazing.

The location of Beaurivage is excellent. You just walk across the road and you are on the beach. Staff are very good and helpful and the rooms are kept very clean. We have stayed a few times at this property and feel it is very good value for money.

Liked location and service. The staff friendly and polite and most helpful as we had little local language. Thanks
