We stayed for 2 nights and were very happy with the hotel. Definitely in need of some new paint etc., but for the price it was great; clean and comfortable and the staff very, very nice. We would stay here again without hesitation. We have stayed in much more expensive hotels in Blackpool and this one, we would return to over the others.

Stayed here before and must say that they have improved the general cleanliness and decorated rooms much improved well done all. Staff always friendly with many smiles. Will book again coming back in March.

Great, cheap, kid friendly cheesy B&B thumbs up!
What a little gem of a hotel! Don't get me wrong, it's tired and in need of major refurb but the service, staff and feel of the hotel more than makes up for this! The owner could not be more helpful and friendly, the free breakfast was just brilliant, the location was darn near perfect. Managed to get parked right outside in the small car park. Just had the most fab couple of nights here. If you want the cheesy blackpool, it can start no better here. Will definitely stay here again. If you want a posh hotel then this won't be the one for you but if you want kids friendly, helpful, and blooming good value for money then this is for you! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Located close to central pier
Breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful. Room was very tired looking and the hot water didn't come on until 0730. Car parking spaces were very few. Not an ideal place to stay with children as we had to climb 3 flights of very narrow stairs and noisy location.
