The property was uniquely beautiful in a vintage way. I loved the garden walkway to the second floor. It’s small, but it’s comforting. The neighborhood looks a bit deceiving, but everything you need is in walking distance. The Walgreens, laundromat, many food selections. We loved it

Property is decent, the cleaning was okay- I travel with Lysol and Clorox wipes to do my own cleaning. Negative: the water in our room didn’t get lukewarm. Plus: the offer breakfast, it ends early, we didn’t get to try anything.

Great budget hotel
My stay there was very enjoyable. It is centrally located, so getting anywhere in town did not take very long. There are numerous restaurants in the neighborhood with good food and reasonable prizes. This property is undergoing the final stages of being rehabilitated, so the rooms are freshly tiled and painted. The rooms are clean and the beds are comparable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and spoke english so we had no problem communicating. Would have no problem staying there again.

Didn't like the fact we had to wait over a half hour before I'm home if check-in was at 3 p.m. the icemaker was constantly locked service was poor had a leak in the bathroom it was just one of my worst experience

Good value
We stayed here for the night of a two day conference (at another location). It was very good for the price. Location is close to the University and about 10 minutes away from Plaza Las Americas. Room was clean and comfortable. A/C, TV, WiFi and hot water worked very well. The room had a fan on the ceiling, microwave oven and a small fridge. Limited parking is available across the street. There are several places to eat something and/or drink. Hotel keeps a "green" policy, so soap is limited to liquid in a dispenser

Nice room for the price
Very clean, great service and a great area. The only issue there was not hot water for a shower or washing your hands. I would stay there again. Great value for a clean room.
