Amazing place

It was amazing! Great food and all inclusive with hardly any restrictions. Perfect for families, so much to do for the children. I loved it! Amazing value and location was 30 mins from airport. Big busy hotel but never boring, lots to do.

I ended up at this hotel because I turned up at the 5 star hotel I had booked to find my booking got cancelled without me knowing. That was a stressful start to the holiday! So I didn't know much about the Mega Saray or the quality I would find when I booked it as an alternative. It turned out really well. The staff were very friendly and gave me a great room which I so appreciated after being left in the lurch by the other hotel. This is a mature property in terms of all the new hotels popping up in Belek but because of that has a lovely authentic feel and mature gardens with pool areas dotted around. Plus a nice beach area. There was an air of tranquility and I liked it more pand more by the day. It is very much an outdoors resort and even in the first week of November had so many activities running and even the water park unlike many other hotels. There aren't many Brits here but I actually liked that. More should try it if they like peace and authenticity. Great for kids too. They have a lot of tennis courts and tournaments here so another thing I liked was that there were a lot of young people and teens around, not just older people and kids. The steak house food was good but recommend women share a steak as they are just huge! The rooms were well equipped and the hotel is vey eco conscious, recyclable packaging as opposed to plastic. I just want to thank Mega Saray for turning what could have been a disastrous trip into a very relaxing and memorable one.

A great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, made with taste. Nice design, green territory, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi with good speed.The buffet cuisine was varied and delicious

beautiful Stay

our only bad experience in the hotel was youssef at the reception he was very rood didn't welcome us at our arrival we came on july 5 where there was nearly empty hotel he should be grateful we are there, also when we ask him for two taxi he got us one taxi after long wait the same taxi came after 15 minute to pickup the other party he should not be at that position also i called once to ask for an empty plate he answer me we don't have room service here I tried to be nice with him and encourage him by exchanging 20$ for 100 lira which is 50 lira less than the market with no receipt so im sure he got it for him not the hotel but i think management should replace him asap. other than that everything was good guest relation are so friendly and helpful
