What an amazing experience from check in to check out. The hotel is very elegant and comfortable. The staff extremely friendly. Location is wonderful with so many fabulous restaurants in the same building. Another plus is having the lite rail right here to get to Denver Airport Unique experience and will certainly stay here again next time we are in Denver.

Their website doesn’t show updated information and the parking wasn’t available where they said it would be. As a result we looped around a busy downtown area with plenty if one-ways and stoplights and 15 minutes after searching we pulled into a cooperate building garage which was not only inconvenient but more expensive. It was also 2 degrees out with snow and ice and walking down icy garage steps and icy street blocks I slipped and fell while being 5 months pregnant. Hitting my knees and face when I fell to my side. Had the valet parking been there as they said it would be on their website none of that would have happened. Now that will always be the memory I associate with this hotel. Considering that the travel industry has been dealing with change for the last 12 months there is no excuse to have not updated their website with the current info for parking. Which is that the valet sign & station is no longer present. Instead you can park out front in no specific area and give your keys to the check in desk who will move it for you. There is NO way to know this unless you speak to someone about the parking directly. For being one od the most expensive hotels in Denver there is no excuse for this and they should care a little more about their customers and advertising. Other then the parking the hotel is nice. Beds are comfy pillows not so much. A decent amount of space for a downtown area. A great location but dumb amenity fee. Their I pad didnt work.

Fun Place to stay near downtown. We were on the way to the airport and enjoyed the stay. Nice renovation of an historic property, with beautiful high ceilings and great decor.

Beautiful, historic property with lots of extra amenities. Great location, inspite of restaurants being limited to outdoor dining due to COVID-19. We especially loved using the FREE Tesla X; the driver will take you anywhere within a 2-mile radius.

We booked over NYE. Our first room was gorgeous but very dirty. The sink was jammed and water left un drained. There was makeup and hair bands on top of the dresser. Worst of all was a huge wet spot in the middle of the walk way. The staff moved us rooms, however this room was turned over too quickly as well. We had no towels in the morning and all of the cocktails in the room were drank and left empty. We were later charged for those as well. The staff tried their best but really didn’t impress. Very disappointed.

Wonderful stay on Christmas Eve. The property is so unique. The service is extremely professional. Access was limited due to COVID but we look forward to returning and experiencing more that the Crawford has to offer. Wonderful experience.

Has a great two days at the Crawford, our room was clean and quiet. We will be back!

Stay at theccrawfird for a weekend getaway. Great servcice during checkin. Team at the desk was great. The only problem we had was valet service. Especially at checkout. Used thebipad to relay messafe to valet to retrieve vehicle. Recevied text message that valet service was complete. Took luggage/bags outside to load in vehicle. No vehicle. Waited outside 15 minutes. No vehicle. Carried luggage/baggage backninside to desk. Asked if they could check status. Informed them ofbthevtext and waitedboutside in the cold for 25 minutes. Informed me that vehicle had been crossed off the list and they woudld follow-up with valet attendant. Informedvthem inwould leave my bags and go up to retrieve my other bags and have my girlfriend come down. Returned with remaining bags and my girlfriend. Pulled cart outside. No vehicle. Saw a valet attendant. Said he was alone but get my car. Took my ticket. Continued to wait outside in the cold with my girlfriend and luggage. Attendant returned with another car then left without saying anything about my vehicle. I went back inside again with my bags and girlfriend. Informed again of status. Desk called attendsaid he was in car and bringing around. Went back outside. Waited in cold another 10 minutes. No car. Returned again to desk. They were unsure what was going on. Informed them we would get coffee and something to eat while they figured this out. Returned after getting food. Finally car was out front. This took over an hour!!! Horrible.

Such a neat experience!! Easy to find, although parking is a hassle unless you want to pay $50 for valet. Otherwise, front desk staff is wonderfully helpful, warm and welcoming. Our room was extremely spacious and clean, and I loved the Japanese soaking tub with soaps and crystals. Really enjoyed being able to pop down to the shops in the train station for our meals. The only thing that could be improved was the TV selections, which was poor unless you wanted to pay for movies. We would definitely recommend for a special stay while in Denver!
