Very convenient hotel with a helpful staff
The hotel staff was great and very helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient area with good restaurants around. Would definitely stay there again.

Valparaiso Visit
Location is great - surrounded by all the great cafes and restaurants on the hill. Service was so-so, it took ten minutes to wait outside for the gentleman to unlock the door for us to check-in. Our room also faced the front and thus was incredibly hot in the morning before going out - no AC and extremely loud late at night given all the cars that drove by. The lady at breakfast was pleasant and cooked eggs upon request. Also, nobody was available at check-out which was quite annoying. If possible, ask for one of the rooms that faces the back/side.
