I was impress with the cleanliness of my room and bathroom. There were complimentary toiletries and pillow spray. The room was a bit small and ran-down, but it had everything you need. The breakfast was nice as well, and the staff were very friendly. Downfall was that there isn't really free parking, it's just street parking with pay and display only free between 19.00 and 8.30 in morning, so false advertising about the parking.

Whether you’re here for business or leisure, you couldn’t ask for a better spot. A huge bonus is the free parking, which is a rare and welcome perk that made our stay stress-free from the moment we arrived. The staff are the heart and soul of this hotel. Super friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your stay memorable, they greeted us with warmth and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. It’s the kind of service that reminds you how hotels used to be – and should be! The rooms are simply stunning. Spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculately clean, they offer a level of comfort that feels indulgent. The attention to detail, from plush bedding to thoughtful amenities, made our stay feel like a treat. These are the kind of rooms you don’t want to leave! What truly sets the Kingston Theatre Hotel apart is its fantastic value. For the quality of the experience – from the prime location to the oversized rooms and personal touches – it feels like you’re getting so much more than what you pay for.

Hotel is a bit run down in need of some works. Water pressure in the shower non existent. The bed was not comfy, the room overall was large and clean, the breakfast quite good and cooked to order. Very very noisy as walls are paper thin and some rooms overlook the rubbish bins and the rubbish collection happens very early in the morning.
