We stayed in the family room downstairs next to the communal kitchen. We really liked the location of this stay. It was a little difficult to find at first. It is close to the metro station with grocery stores nearby. There was staff on property 24/7 which was nice. The common shared kitchen has cooking supplies and oil. Our room was clean and staff was friendly. There is no mosquito netting for the windows. Our room was very quite but this may also be due to the time we visited (ie: off-season, COVID).

Everything was very nice, clean and new. The staff was super nice and friendly. Only issue was construction next door was a bit loud in the week mornings

The location is not super central, requiring you to take metro for 2-3 stops to get to other central locations. There was only a non-English speaking attendant more than half of the time which made communication a little difficult. For what it is worth, it is not a bad deal considering affordability of private rooms with private bathrooms so don't expect hotel services and you'll be fine.

This property was a 15 minute walk from the tourist busses hub 20 minutes from St George castle and on a main but a bit shoddy street. Overall the property was great for the price. If you want more, pat more. It was great for our needs. There was a safe but no refrigerator.

Neat and tidy property with excellent care by the staff. Stone’s throw to metro station too. Only downside is the walk from Martim Moniz and Intendente late at night as the area gets dodgy

The only thing I liked was the garden which was quaint and pretty 'the things I hated was the rudeness of the some of the staff' the poor kitchen facilities for cooking i.e lack of a toaster'an oven that does not grill,no proper oven gloves. My room had a few dangerous laminated floor boards as you enter the wash room; that felt like my foot would go through at any given moment and my bed was'nt that comfortable......I just did not enjoy my stay there.

The location is excellent: 1min from the metro station They have stairs which are very ancient and the steps are narrow. Full kitchen. Small bedroom, but very clean and comfortable. Great disappointment was that beside my room rhere were workers building with drills and all the builders’ stuff.

We only spent the night to rest before we continue our trip to visit Fatima.
