It was a nice hotel very clean an I believe because of Covid-19 the staff did not come and bring items to your room. But other than that they were good.

look before you settle
Family trip for funeral. Carpet in room dirty. Made bare feet black. Bed frames broken and one bed sagged on one side. Shower leak in bathroom made part of wall moldy next to floor. Rest of hotel seemed nice with good service and CoVid breakfast OK. Check room before you unpack. I got there after rest of family and asked why they didn’t ask for a better room. They had already unpacked everything and hotel was busy first night they said. Recommend look before you accept room you are assigned.

We had a good stay overall, one of the best hotels in albany. The staff tried to double charge us when we checked in which was not okay and only caught cause my card declined it. But, overall the hotel was clean, the room was so nice!. Our shower was broken but it did not affect our stay. The room stayed nice and cold and had a lot of space! complimentary products were amazing.
