The WiFi was really bad. Everything was extra. Shuttle, cleaning, tourist tax, no breakfast. Too many additional hidden costs that were not included in the already expensive costs associated with the apartment. Had to fix the hot water heater and WiFi myself to establish both when I arrived. No English channels on the TV. Broken railing on the dangerous step to the loft. Dishes still in the dishwasher...I can go on

We stayed in the "Pantheon Elite 3 bedroom view". Our hosts arranged our transfer from the airport where Marco met us at the apartment. Great central location and view overlooking square. The apartment had an unusual configuration, with one main bedroom, a very small mezzanine room above the kitchen and a double bed in the middle of the living room, however plenty of space for the kids and two good sized lounges.

Amazing stay in very nice apartments in and around Piazza Navona. Marco was very helpful in teaching us all we needed to know. Excellent location within walking distance of everything. Would definitely stay again!

Location is amazing right next to The Pantheon. So central to everything. Marco at check in was so helpful and accommodating. They arranged airport car transfers and made that so easy as well . will stay again ! Terry

Pros: -------- Giada and Marco from "home sweet Rome" were very friendly, helpful and efficient and put the "home" in our stay. The apartment is full with works of art and amazingly beautiful. The location is just a minute walk from the Pantheon and a big Taxi station. A fully equipped kitchen with dishes soap and all that is needed gives the comfort of home. There is even a washing machine if you need it. Cons: -------- It is not really a 3 bedroom apartment. There is 1 bedroom with double bed and separate bathroom. + 1 double bed in a studio above the kitchen, suitable for kids and youth. + 1 double bed in the center of the leaving room. Actually it is quiet comfortable for a big family with kids. Despite the great effort that the staff did, the WIFI speed is still too low when using with VPN service to keep it secure. Overall: ------------ Giada and Marco are giving a support of 24/7 problems solvers - including transportation issues. That's worth additional 2 points. If you can manage with the beds arrangement and the wifi speed, then this apartment will score 10 for you. It will truly make you feel at home in Rome.
