Very easy to get to hotel right off the water bus. The first gentleman who greeted me was not very pleasant but everyone else I encountered was wonderful. The hotel is clean and functional. You have to sign some paperwork and consent/choose not to consent to them using your information to access the WiFi and even then it requires either logging in through Facebook or using an email address.. odd and somewhat uncomfortable. There’s something like a 50€ fee for eating in the room and while I did not eat in the room, that wasn’t explained to me upfront and instead I noticed it on paperwork in the room. Those three things aside, it’s great for a 1 or 2 night stay.

The hotel room wasn’t as big as expected, it wasn’t very spacious as shown in the pictures. Overall it was okay.

Convenient to San Marcos square- Venezia
It’s in a great location just off San Marcos square and convenient to the Zaccaria vaporetto stop. Bathroom wasn’t the best - no enclosed shower tub or pan. Bed was ok but pillows weren’t as comfortable . The front desk staff were helpful and courteous though
