An absolutely no-frills hotel, with a small, clean and functional one-bed room, in the peaceful courtyard side with a nice view. Toilets, showers and sink were nearby and clean, never had to queue for them. Reception staff was friendly and efficient. Didn´t use the kitchen provided. Absolutely enough quality for the nicely low price, and very well situated near to everything: U-bahn, shpos, bars, cafés, restaurants.

Didn't start so well, as I was expecting to arrive later than their check in times I tried to call several times to no avail, sent an e-mail also to no avail. Whilst waiting for my flight I tried again still to no avail. Called Hotels.com they tried calling several times and sent an e-mail, no reply! Hotels.com were excellent in looking after me and told me not to worry, if I arrive and there is no one there they would find me alternative accommodation. However luckily for me the flight arrived earlier than planned and I arrived before the times stated. The Hotel needs to sort this issue out re: communication, what if I had arrived 10 o clock in the evening! Thank you hotel.com for your assistance.

I had 4 good days shared with great people from all over the world. The place is really warm, and the beds are very comfortable. Overall is very good! I suggest to add a Dispenser Machine with at least water to sell.
