Dream with friends

The property was big, it had multiple pools, and staying on the luxury side you could use everything on the grand side. The downside is the beach was unusable due to high winds while we were there. Multiple reservations were canceled, some without notice due to shortness of staff. The gym was absolutely disgusting.

The building did not appear well kept up. Our room was clean but felt old. The beach and pools were terrific but meal service was not up to par. We had difficulty accommodating our allergies and food sensitivities.

Both treadmills did not work/were out of order. Decoda and Karen were both great wait staff (very friendly).

I loved the workers, all were so friendly and helped you with any thing. They brought you towels twice a day. When you called for something for your room, it came very fast and then they called to make sure you got it. Customer service was no 1. Massage with Daniele was awesome best I ever had. Food was good. Always found something that tasted very good. I did not like the beach, it had rocks in front of the waves. You could only go ankle deep. The view was beautiful, but I like getting in the waves and swimming.

I like the Beach front...I didn't like the Jacuzzi because it's not hot. Food wise is all ok..Staff friendly but move so SLOW!!!!

Looks nothing like the photographs rooms are very old and outdated

The property was huge and just about as modern as you can get for the price. The room was spacious, but some things in there needed to be updated. The food was actually really good, we enjoyed that the most. We also liked that we had access to the other side of the resort as well. All in all, minus the small incidents, we enjoyed our stay.

There were so many options of things to do. The staff was incredibly nice - I didn’t want to leave!

Some one stole some money out the safe In the room within the first 2 days. I dislike that.
