We stayed at the Luxury Adults Only side. I have traveled all over the world and this is hands-down one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were a variety of foods to choose from that were cooked and prepared well. The resort was kept sparkling clean and social distancing was never a problem. The pools were beautiful. The grounds were beautiful. There were plenty of activities to choose from (variety of games, ping pong/pool, cornhole, chess, snorkeling, kayaking, stand up paddle board etc). The grounds are very expansive... so there are many places to explore. The staff made you feel like family. I read a number of reviews that complained about musty rooms. The first floor hallways are carpeted which leads to the absorption of water from the humid atmosphere. Those hallways did smell a little bit musty. But the rest of the resort (which was tiled) was perfect. The rooms weren’t super luxurious but they were well appointed and kept clean. Our “butler” checked on us every day to make sure we had everything we needed. I would stay at this resort again in a heart beat. Thank you Bahia Principe for a wonderful getaway!!
