Great location right on the River front. Very clean rooms and spaces. Walking distance from anything you could want. Very smooth check in and check out.

I loved the room with the original hardwood floors and the high ceilings. My only complaint was the breakfast and coffee which was a bleak affair. Regardless of Covid, they should have served good coffee but it came out a machine like you see in a hospital. I had to find a coffee shop to get a decent cup of coffee.

Love the location and staff was great. I didnt like how all I had was valet parking and how there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. I also didnt like how there wasnt any think like a pool

Great room...very roomy and it had a balcony the service was great. All kinds of things to do right outside the door.

The staff.. from the valet staff, check in staff & cleaning staff. Everyone was nice & helpful! The room was amazing. Only thing that disappointed me was no fridge in our room.

The balcony is a juliet balcony, not a full balcony. We were placed in a double room when reserved a king room with balcony. The front desk said it was expedia's fault and could not change our room. It says remodeled the hallways still have the old moldy smell carpet. Parking fees are $36.00 a day. The roof top bar is outstanding open air and excellent views of the river and River street. The staff is very professional and friendly, the hotel is very clean and we felt safe and comfortable. Ideal location walking distance to everything.

Great place to stay. This is a second time staying here and still very pleased. The workers are all very polite and seem to care about their jobs

We loved the welcoming energy of the staff... starting with the Valet who made sure our car would be accessible at 5am, the gentlemen behind the desk who made sure we had everything we needed and helped us find a restaurant for dinner & the concierge who chatted with us about the places we needed to see in the city! The 6th floor bar left something to be desired. If you are going to charge $13 for drinks, make sure you can taste the alcohol. The view is amazing though, and that was why we went up.
