Needs updating beds are terrible no wTer pressure in shower No maid service

Very stinky/smelly rooms. Uncomfortable beds. Spotty internet. Friendly staff and close proximity to the beach made it barely tolerable.

I FINALLY got my refund from an overcharge that happened 1 week ago after contacting you many times even having to get hotel.com involved. No Pets policy which is great, however with a lobby that reeks of dog is set off my allergies. Check-in took longer than expected as the manager Judy was running my CC for the 2nd night, as she is running my card saying it isn't going through, I pulled up my US bank app showing her it shows a charge as pending. She STILL ran it AGAIN... so I said it now shows 2 pending charges, she assured me it "would all work itself out" or the owner would reverse it quickly. Rooms are very muggy since you have no central air, be careful while opening the windows as my husband was leaning into it he stained his shirt it’s so dirty. Don’t put anything on the dresser in the room it’s extremely dirty. Your parking lot doesn't have enough spaces for the rooms you have. The manager yells at her staff from the 2nd story to the boy who was sweeping your lot clear out by the building across from the building we were in yelling at him not to spit in the parking lot. I get it, he shouldn't have been spitting, but let's have some manager skills and pull him aside and talk to him privately and not scream it across a parking lot. I expect this is the 1st time the owners are hearing anything about how the manager Judy treated us and that's why we never got a return call, she probably never told them about this upsetting situation.

Very good location for access to beach volleyball tournament . Otherwise not much to cheer for. beds, linens etc were very modest. Two thin pillows, poor airflow. 2nd floor may may been nicer

The units with the kitchen need a remodel. The lock on the door that goes to the main street was not secure at all and broken. They let us stay in a different room. That unit was more comfortable and safe.
