You won't get what you booked for
Worst experience ever. I booked a double room with breakfast for TWO. When I checked in, the receptionist insisted that my booking is without breakfast. I approached the front desk manager and I showed him my confirmation e-mail which proves that my booking is for a double room with breakfast for TWO. He still insisted to give me the room without breakfast. I approached Hotels.com and they assured me that my booking is confirmed with breakfast for TWO. However the hotel front desk still did not agree to provide us with the breakfast. There is obvious lack of professionalism and ignorance about the basics of the tourism industry and hospitality.
