Nice staff. Very unclean & rowdy facility!
Friendly staff. However, they could use some extra help. Very unimpressed with the cleaning. Floors were filthy! Room was not very clean at all. No masks worn in lobby. Pool was extremely overcrowded.

Zero service dirty hotel
There was literally never anyone at the front desk at all ever during my stay. They have the kitchen door propped open while they sit in the back in a break room. Unprofessional. The hallways were dirty the entire stay as well as there being a bunch of trash and a whole bath towel with what looked to be human excrement on it sitting outside the back entrance door I got to look at every time I left the building and came back. Unreal.

I liked it a lot except the fact that we stayed there for three days and room service never came to clean which was really weird. When we needed extra towels we went to get them from the front desk as they always have extra for the pool
