overall, the hotel has a quite an interesting. It is high tech relative to hotels in Lebanon, comfortable and spacious room, nice décor and amenities to fulfill your needs. The area that management should pay better attention to is the service. The team is young, eager, but lacks the skillset and customer engagement that would make this hotel a winner. Perhaps management should invest in improving training for customer facing staff to serve customer needs better. It happened that while we were there, they were hosting a wedding. Obviously, with all the commotion, the staff was overwhelmed, and some calls to the front desk were left unanswered and heard comments that I should come down to the lobby to be served. This I find unacceptable.

Excellent and great location

The hotel is quite clean. Good food and quite central. Not a five stars but real value for many specially for suites which are quite spacious.

The hotel facility is good, only one bad thing the hotel is not able to issue a bill for the accommodation!!!!
