The hotel needs a bit of work to its amenities and room upkeep. The staff was welcoming and nice. The parking is on the side of the streets.

T.here is no elevator. The water of the “jacuzzi” needed to be clean. There was a cigarette butt in my room’s balcony that was not picked up. I do not smoke. The clerk made no attempt to help carry my luggage, instead he gave me directions to my room located in the third floor.

Nice, colorful room on first floor, although the window had a staircase in front and the room was dark. The hotel is steps from the beach in a quiet sector close to restaurants. The pool was empty, being fixed but Expedia advertised it as part of the deal.

Well let’s say after seeing the picture on hotel.com I was super excited but Reality was not as seen. And since there is no cancellation after booking. Well I had to stay. They were redoing the pool. Bed it’s mediocre but hey that’s Mexico. lady at breakfast was super nice.
