Rude, slow service, no mask enforcement, front desk staff wore mask below nose and requested I not book through hotels.com. Fire alarm was bagged up and taped sealed. Empty bottles of toiletries in shower and no refills provided. Will not stay again...not even for a quick overnight.

Overall stay met our short stay needs. Wifi was suboptimal, 2 of 3 the rooms booked lost power in the middle of the night and had no A/C, was not offered to switch rooms, 2 of the 3 rooms TV did not work, the laundry room was out of service. The staff did their best to accomadate, but appeared limited to what they could offer. Good thing our stay was not solely for the room, but would have like to enjoy it without any hiccups.

Buckle up y'all--this is going to be jaw dropping. I had two rooms reserved from this hotel. My party was given the keys to both rooms. Everyone was asleep, when in one of the rooms, a guest was trying to push his way through. Now, i don't blame this other guest at all. He was given a key to the same room by someone working at the hotel. The SAME room!! How could this happen? This hotel already gave us a key to that room. There was clearly a process break down on their end. The next morning, WE had to call the manager and they just had zero empathy for the situation. This was even escalated beyond this specific hotel and again, empathy is completely lacking. That's just not acceptable. Listen, mistakes happen and besides being left in fear for the night, nothing physical happened. But wouldn't that still strike you as a serious issue? Wouldn't that cause you to be concerned that a process was broken? The duty to keep their guests safe was broken at this hotel. I'm not asking for people to get fired here. We're lucky that we had the security latch on. However, based on their reaction to this, I can't recommend anyone stay at this hotel until hotel management and the regional VP at least gets retained in customer service. Your hotel had a major privacy violation and security breach. A hotel should just be like another home right? Just pretend that you are sleeping in your bed and someone you don't know is coming through the door in the middle of the night? How would you feel?

First night pulled the bed back and there were used napkins in the bed alng with hair, the bedding had not been changed just made. I told the front desk and was given clean bedding to change myself "she couldnt leave the front desk unattended " got to my room and the bedding given was for a queen size bed I was in a king size.

The whole hotel was very clean, from the check in area to the rooms. Pablo was very courteous and helpful with the whole check in process.

Front desk person was friendly & chatty at check in. Room was spacious but dirty. Had cereal and food crumbs on floor. No remote in room or coffeemaker. Breakfast was a surprise as they actually had hot food! Overall was fine for what we needed which was just a place to sleep.

The rooms were clean and they actually provided a hot breakfast! It was nice to see something other than a bagged breakfast due to covid like every other hotel right now! Parking could be a little better but all and happy with the stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and common area were clean. There was always coffee in reception area but it was the same pot throughout the day.

Quick and friendly check in. Large & clean rooms and a decent breakfast the next day! My only wish would be to start the coffee before 7 am!
