We were travelling in a large group. Each family experienced different problems. Poor communications skills from service staff. Beach staff were good. Housekeeping would ring the doorbell latte at night and would wake my grandchild. Have stayed at this hotel 3 times now but will not return. Very disappointing.

The staff were friendly - well most of them. My 4 year old grandson was lost from day care and walked past 3 pools and found at beach - one staff member only on duty. curtains in room need cleaning

No towel service on beach otherwise nice property enjoyed the bowling ally

This resort was just what we were looking for, a quiet absolute beachfront property that has everything you could want to a get away either with or without teh kids. We opted for a swim up room and it was perfect. Breakfast was one of the best we have had ( we travel a lot ) cannot fault the hotel, was a tad far out of town but teh free shuttle was available several times a week. We did lots of the free activities offered by the staff from morning yoga, pilates, stretch and tai chi classes everyday, even tried our hand at Thai writing. The beach resturants were our favorite place in the evenings. Overall a great stay.

Great location and pool facilities, there wwre restaurants on the beach which we walked to as well as the dining options at the resort. The breakfast was great as well as the bowling ally

Swimming pool really nice, staff not very good English and should run the shuttle bus at evening no matter how many people

Pretty place to visit and great friendly staff who provide excellent service.

Great resort, everything is perfect except one note related to staff comand in english which requires big improvement.

Good for overall

The beach is fabulous but the location is a bit far out from town etc, there is a shuttle bus tho’ the resort could do with a general clean up in some areas.
