This hotel is good but not amazing. Check in was quick and easy and all staff members very helpful and polite. My comment is in terms of the property itself that is dated and in much need of a refurb. The fridge in the room I stayed was very noisy and would wake me up everything time the motor was switched on. Due to COVID I didn't want to change rooms so decided not to complain at the time. This was totally my option but I thought I should provide the feedback. Breakfast was poor. Loads of carbs, no fruits, yogurts or any other healthy option. This is something that can be improved too.

Good for business purposes.
Pleasant stay, 2 nights only. Excellent breakfast. Dinner= room service only, with few options, however well prepared, good taste. Neighborhood does not inspire security for night walks. Hospitality is present, with attentive staff in general (lobby, room service, etc).

Hotel muito bom, medio conforto, chuveiro com ducha forte, cama confortavel, café bom. O problema é o local que é meio perigoso por ser no centro. Mas se for sair de carro ta tranquilo. Achei caro o preço do estacionamento, 20 reais.

Hotel com excelente custo benefício, localização interessante para quem busca ficar localizado pela região central de campinas, com diversas opções de restaurantes, comércio e transporte a apenas alguns quarteirões. Ao contrario do que diz no site, o hotel não oferece privilegios gold, como late checkout.

Não são atenciosos, o ar condicionado extramamente barulhento, são ar condicionados muito antigos. Tinha que optar em dormi ou ligar o ar. Estacionamento 20 reais a diária, item que não está explícito na plataforma de diárias.
