We stayed here for two nights. Very lucky to make an appointment to the airport shuttle. The room, stuff and dinner were all great.

Perfect! Friendly, welcoming staff, great location - peaceful, but with easy access to Venice and decidedly comfortable beds. Due to COVID restrictions breakfast could be a little slow, but was clear they were adhering to all rules, so felt safe.

I am a big fan of this hotel - the location and rooms are excellent. Murano is such a beautiful island - and so much more chilled than Venice. Venice is an easy boat ride away so is still easy to get to and there’s a Vaporetto stop right outside the hotel. My room was spotless and the staff worked so hard during my stay - made all the more difficult by the current pandemic. Despite that they were always friendly and helpful. A really fantastic stay and will definitely be back (hopefully in slightly more normal times!)

Canal view room 306 was a joke - barely a glimpse . Check in and check out was overcrowded .

We had a great stay here. My husband , 8 year old daughter and I spent three nights in February. Murano is beautiful and peaceful - plenty of restaurants and it is engaging, with its beautiful glass craft. We were transferred free of charge from the airport to the hotel by boat. The Hyatt also provided a free shuttle boat to Venice . We spent an afternoon walking Venice which was stunning - though very busy. We were after a relaxing break, so we’re happy to return to Murano and to spend most of our time exploring its 7 islands at our own quiet pace. We could have spent each day in Venice - the hotel shuttle made that easy to do if we wanted to. The rooms , service and breakfasts at the hotel were very good - I wholeheartedly recommend it as a base for exploring Venice .

Building work restrictions limited the use of facilities.

We loved how the old and new blended together. A lovely hotel in a great location! The quietness of Murano makes it special.

Pictures of the room are real unlike others with deceptive photos that make rooms look bigger than they are. Beautiful hotel in a quiet area with the water bus station right in front of it. Room service portions are large and the food is good! A grocery is nearby, many places to eat and numerous glass shops. Front desk is very helpful and can speak excellent english. The free glass making tour they offer is a must!
