The attitude of the staff is very bad. They are the most impolite people i've met in Jordan.

Definitely not worth the cost of the stay
The only thing to eat is a buffet that is not at all good and the same thing over and over each time I've stayed there the past 3 times over 2-3 months. The 24-hour room service doesn't have a menu just someone telling you what they serve and I ordered a pizza which was small and thin, cheap and only cheese and it costed 10 JOD(about $15).

This is only a 2star facility.
We had to call from service for the air conditioner. It was not working when we checked in. The beds did not have mattress covers. We only had 2 towels, no floor mat and no hand towels. We only stayed there because it was at the airport.

Only stayed here because it was the closets hotel to the airport as we had to be at airport by 6am.
The rooms were not cleaned. Our double glazing window was shattered on the outside. There was not bathroom hand towels or toilet roll and the bathroom had not been cleaned. The carpet was not cleaned as we found money on the floor.
however given the purpose of stay it was ok but quite expensive for what we got.
