Very steep stairs. No elevator! Not a good place for someone with back injuries. Very nice staff. Short walk to beach. No onsite parking. Otherwise its a nice place.

Loved my room, the location, and the people who worked here. I wish it had free parking, like it said, but I had to park 3 blocks away and it was an extra $27 a night. There is also no elevator or luggage cart, so be aware of that. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable and cozy... It is a historic building so the rooms located on second floor is accessed through a staircase only, no elevator. That’s not a deal breaker for me. There is a total of thirteen rooms all in all. It’s lovely, quaint and has an intimate ambiance that is lacking on big chain hotels. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Wonderful little hotel in a great location. The staff are excellent and take care to ensure everything runs smoothly during your stay. The rooms are very clean, well decorated and have a unique charm with individual decoration. I recommend this hotel highly and hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did.

I phoned hotel yesterday to let them know I would be arriving late. When I arrived at 9, I was amazed how organized everything was for me. I used the code to get in, found my packet, and am so happy at this beautiful hotel! I only wish I could stay longer. It is beautiful, and right in the heart of beautiful Palm Beach. The room is lovely, as well as courtyard out front-I cannot wIt to return!

Everything was perfect and I will definitely be coming back! Walking distance to the ocean, walking distance to stores and restaurants, and friendly staff with great service

Charming vintage hotel in a great location next door to Town Hall. Small, with very personal service. We liked that there were breakfast items (yogurt, etc) as well as snacks available by the front desk that we could help ourselves to as we had to leave quite early in the morning .Be aware there is street parking only. We were called while we were driving to the hotel that the front desk closes at 9 pm, which we were not aware of when we booked the room last minute and got on the road. We got there just before 9, and the very friendly receptionist was ready for us and let us know we could contact her any time if needed. Also you should be aware the rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. We really liked our stay there and hope to go there again.
