蘭納酒店 - 蘇梅島

It's a lovely boutique resort with a cozy atmosphere in a safe and convenient location. All of the staff, from the wonderful manager Loma to the foreigners and locals on the team, continually went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Everyone is so friendly and attentive to guests' needs, and we were particularly impressed by how the staff consistently sought feedback and truly responded in thoughtful ways. Additionally, we loved the complimentary yoga classes (offered in both English and Chinese on alternating days), the swimming pool and 24 hr gym, the on-site spa, the high-quality breakfast, and the proximity to everything (the beach, Chaweng/main shopping mall, Fisherman's Village, the airport) as well as the inexpensive shuttle service. Overall, would highly recommend a stay at Lanna for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. We miss it there already!

Beautiful hotel, spacious room, fantastic staff. Chi beach club an added bonus. Can’t fault the Lanna in any way. It is not a big anonymous chain 5* hotel, it’s a personal, friendly, 5* hotel.

Friendly, comfortable and extremely helpful staf

It good for family. Big room but the layout somehow not right. The aircon can only cold the living and dinning room. The bed was not cold due to the layout. Good and nice swimming pool. Local restaurant are not walking distance. Breakfast had not much choice.
