龐帕諾海灘/海濱勞德代爾堡萬豪酒店

It was such a terrible experience that we ended up cutting our losses and going to a different hotel. Only one elevator was working, the staff was miserable, the wait for everything was very long and all the hotel manager could say was that she was sorry but with no solution. I am not one to post but I thought it was important for others to know.

Nice property, right on the beach. No maid service due to Covid, but for only two days it didn’t really matter. Bed not the most comfortable, but a spacious room.

The location is amazing. Right on the sand. Two Chairs and umbrellas for free on the clean beach. The room & hallway carpet are disgustingly dirty and very old. The towels are so worn out. The pool is small and old but heated. No room service due to Covid. The valet was the worst thing about my stay. It is dysfunctional. It took forever to get my car. It is $30 per day plus tips. There would be at least three other guests waiting in line to get there car. There is plenty of parking so why can’t I just park my own car. It is the worst idea for the guests but lucrative for the hotel. Remember ocean view doesn’t mean ocean front.

The staff was amazing especially James , I took my boyfriend there fir his bday and he was great help to me secretly planning it .

The hotel is very nice and has private accsss to the beach. The breakfast is good and the waitress in the restaurant is very sweet and accommodating . We will definitely going to stay here again.

One of two elevators was broken, the sliding glass door that leads to the balcony is incredibly difficult to open.

We had more expectations from this hotel assuming it’s price and star rating. The hotel experience was 2.8 out of 5. 1. Our room was not cleaned during our stay at all, hotel advised they are cleaning rooms only for those who stay 7 days. Price remains the same 200$ a night thou. 2. Our bed was full of bed bugs and we were scratching out life’s off even home even coming back home to Massachusetts. 3. Ordering food is like hot or miss, but in our case it was a miss, server apparently brought tacos without toppings. 4. During our stay alarm went off for an hour at 10pm, hotel did not reimbursed anything for that night, but also changed a resort fees for that inconvenience. 5. There is nothing around this hotel within walkable distance. Technically, I much rather to stay at much cheaper and not that worse hotel at all. The 3 nights that costs us around 1000$ could be spent at much better place. We have learned our lesson.

It is a beautiful hotel- my only concern was that there was a malfunction with the music in the common pool area ans the music was blasting all night long, which hampered my sleep!

Hotel was nice but the bed was not comfortable. After a full day walking and tanning you would expect to have a good night sleep. Not in our room. Over all this hotel was OK but not a 4 star hotel. May be a 3 1/2

I very much loved the ocean front room. Before we arrived we got an email talking about how the rooms are cleaned throughly. On day 2 we found a hair pin, a child’s shirt, some tags from new clothes, and a used condom in our room. We brought this to the attention of the front desk staff who was going to move us to an available room. We were to have breakfast and could collect our things and come back to the front desk the room was ready. So we are, went to our room and packed, then went to the front desk for the move. The front desk clerk went into the back room and came back about 5 minutes later and said they checked on the new room and found some things wrong with it and it wasn’t cleaned to our (not the hotel) standards so it would take 2 hours till it was to be ready. It was 10 am check out was 11 so I wonder if the room was occupied. We took our stuff back to our original room and went to the beach. While we were gone they were supposed to clean our room. When it was ready they were to call us. They didn’t call, the bed was made, the condom picked up but the other things were still present. My biggest concern is we are in the middle of a pandemic, to use the phrase the room wasn’t cleaned to the standards of the guest as a hotel they should have higher standards. They gave us 3 nights of the resort fee $60 for our trouble. They sent us a bottle of alcohol which we don’t drink and didn’t replace it with something else.
