Stayed at room 506 for a period of 4 days. Linens were dirty, the flush made weird noises due to faulty water lines and it auto flushed itself, floors were dirty and I had to buy flip flops, rooms are old and in dilapated states (the cupboard light was ON through the day due to faulty switch and poor carpentry work), bathroom door made squeak noises troubling neighbouring room people. Internet was bad and the login id and password didnt work at first and then later when changed it my apple devices refused to connect. For each and every device they give a login code and after 10 minutes it throws you out and you to relogin. Had to buy a local data SIM to avoid this problem. WILL NOT STAY, WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

House keeping was poor, Despite requesting an extra bed 4 times in total, none was in place until after mid night after complaining. The money for the extra person and the bed were taken up front on check in and the fee for bed was not taken off. Take care.

The hotel was good but took me over an hour to Check In even though I arrived on time. Local area is not great but very close to the Airport. Overall a nice hotel with good staff and service.

Your guests are staying in a connected world. Please improve your WiFi connectivity and allow connections to multiple devices. For some strange reason my WiFi used to disconnect if not used for a while and it was frustrating to get a new UID every time. There were small flies in teh bathroom, please improve the cleanliness for the bathroom as the sink was greasy and looked unclean. Happy with the food served in the restaurant, good choice of food for breakfast and dinner.

We arrived early so there was no room available. That's fine but after they gave us room which was ready around 10am we walked in and I found vthat all linens are dirty bwith spots on. I doubt that they gave us new linen, I think they just reuse from previous guest. Room was smelling on cigarettes. I never made any big complaints but this is worst hotel I stayed ever. For me I wouldn't give more than 2 star. Also bathroom was not properly clean with 1 towel provided for 2 of us
