So for beginners we arrived and the lady at the front desk automatically has an attitude as I’m trying to check in cause she cannot find my reservation. Minutes go by and she’s able to find me for the day prior and asked me if I had called to tell them I would be late. I simply replied no and she said they it shows up as “canceled” when in fact my wife nor I had canceled our stay and she said “oh I know we canceled because no one showed up to check in yesterday. I proceeded to tell her that we called and asked and no one told us we had to call and check in if we weren’t going to make it on time and her response was “well if you booked for Thursday it’s obvious you have to show up Thursday.” So there’s strike one. Strike two was when we did get our room our heater DID NOT WORK! When told they went to look at it and did not do anything to attempt to fix it. We called again and notified them it still wasn’t working so we had to change rooms. Strike three, we go to our “new” room and about 3 out the 5 main lights are out so we were struggling to find things because there was no main lights working! This hotel is just a freaking mess, they need to get it together! The ONLY good part about it was the Valet guys and that was it.

I left an item at the hotel and Heather made it easy to ship it back. Great service

Due to Covid no breakfast buffet but the choices they provided were not so bad. Hotels always assume everyone drinks coffee in the morning (or the tiny juice cans they provided) I wanted free water but they didn't have it. front desk were nice enough, a few were quite matter of fact when you spoke to them. Several others were delightful to talk with. The room was clean and a great size. The bed was very comfortable.

It was a great room. Big, Comfortable, Clean. Best hotel we have stayed in thus far.... Staying downtown Denver was Fun.. Lots of things to do...

Great COVID protocol followed. Safe and clean!

Arrived at Hampton inn after a long travel to find our room unsatisfactory. It was not cleaned properly before we arrived. When we went t get a new room the sales manager Blake was implying that we had dirtied the room in a matter of minutes.. and then sent us to a different room that was not even sealed and then when we walked in there was a disposable mask laying on the floor. So we had to get a third room.. completely unacceptable especially during a time like this. I will not be staying with Hampton again. If you are a clean person or bothered by other people’s filth I would suggest staying elsewhere as well.

They were accommodating by allowing us to check in early by switching the room. Welcoming And friendly during checking And check out. The shower in our room didn’t work well, clogging and poor water pressure. The mini fridge still had breakfast sandwiches from the people before us. We did some last minute shopping before check out and returned to find a cleaning lady who already emptied the fridge of our food and drinks. Grabbed our last bag of clothes and water bottle, putting it in their storage closet. Front desk said they have no way of know when, or who checks out, just that they assumed we left, and this was very disappointing. A better system is needed so that belonging aren’t being discarded, and removed from the rooms before checking out.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly from our arrival through the check out process. Beds were very comfortable. Location perfect for exploring the city.

When we arrived, I found out there was no parking & had to pay $40 per day for valet (no choice) Bathroom sink was stopped up & not draining Hallway sink backed up Shower slippery (almost fell stepping in) Toilet ran water for about 10-15 mins after flushing Smoke alarm chirped all night! Couldn’t sleep! Not work the $
