The hotel is nice, the room was close to the elevator and the noise was bothersome.

The stay was short, very beautiful hotel lobby and room, but the blackout shades let the sun in...

We have stayed at Aloft numerous times over the years and I used to love staying at Aloft as our two small dogs were no extra charge and they had treats and a special bowl for them to use as well as a toy. They say they are still pet friendly but it is really pet extortion. When I checked in I was told they now charge $50 per dog so we had to pay an extra $100 we were not expecting. Not friendly anymore and I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Bad customer service Was noisy on my hall all night

I was expecting a fantastic room based on the photos, but was disappointed. The rug was stained and there were bugs flying out of the sink drain. The bathroom door works by sliding and wouldn’t stay closed. We had to ask daily for washcloths. They would leave 1 towel and that was it. They didn’t have hand soap for the bathroom. We got awoken to them vacuuming other rooms and the hallway at 5am. The parking was convenient. The bed was very comfortable.

Super relaxing and soothing for myself individually. Just the little get away I needed to replenish myself and my mind.

Small but comfortable rooms. Small bar was adequate for a night cap. Staff was very helpful.

AC unit was loud and very disruptive to my peaceful sleep. Management and staff were not very accommodating and made it seem like the noise was normal and my fault for raising the issue. Checked out early and moved to Hotel Morrison which was much nicer, cleaner and impressive for pretty much the same price. Done with Aloft, Doral. Losers!!

Our stay was wonderful,no ammenities in room is an issue due to the Covid.
