There are places to be calm and enjoy nature. This is one of those places

Wi-Fi that came and went. . Restaurant was great but only open on the weekend. On Monday we were stuck at this remote location with no food options. Had to call a taxi for anything and everything. Staff were nice and the hotel was clean but not worth the money for the reasons I gave. Although The room was nice it was full of mosquitos and we were left with our legs completely bitten and itchy and with poor sleep. Place is ok for a weekend if you don’t mind being bitten by mosquitoes and having no internet. The place is very remote so you need a taxi.

This is a really beautiful place. The rooms are in cabins perched on the side of a hill overlooking Valle de Bravo. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the grounds are immaculately kept. I had a delicious breakfast at the restaurant on the terrace, which has an amazing view as well. My only complain was that the bed was pretty stiff.

Ningún problema, ninguna queja. Todo estuvo perfecto.

La habitación pequeña, el agua caliente escasa. En el restaurante te cobran todos los complementos de manera individual, por ejemplo, el pan “salado” que normalmente, en otros lugares viene incluido, aquí te lo cobran aparte.

El lugar muy lindo, las habitaciones ya se necesitan mantenimiento! Por contingencia estaban al 30% pero pues no había spa abierto, el jacuzzi no quisieron rentarlo xq hubo un servicio previo y según tenían que desinfectar por lo que a las 4pm ya no quisieron hacerlo supongo y me lo negaron! Luego no servía la Tv y dos veces me cambiaron de habitación En general lindo por fuera pero mal atención! No volvería
